How we earn trust

What “done” looks like

Concrete behaviors — not vibes.

This section is intentionally operational: it is what buyers usually do not get from agencies.

Visible progress

Weekly merges you can review — design and code in the same rhythm.

Explicit ownership

Repos and Figma live in your org at milestones. No shadow accounts.

Least-privilege access

We use scoped credentials and document what we touched.

Launch playbooks

Runbooks, rollback steps, and who to ping when something blips.

Process

A calm cadence from day one

Outputs are named so stakeholders always know what ships next.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Success scorecard, stakeholder map, and a written scope with risks called out.

  2. 02

    Design

Systems and prototypes aligned to product constraints — no surprise components at build time.

  3. 03

    Build

Vertical slices: API, UI, tests, and observability in one thread where possible.

  4. 04

    Handoff

Walkthroughs, Looms, and written playbooks so your team owns releases.

Specific beats generic

Maya Chen

VP Product, Lattice

“They ship backend code the way it is meant to be — clear boundaries, explicit contracts, and releases that do not embarrass us on launch day.”

Jonas Meyer

CTO, Vector Finance

“The craft is obvious. Motion, typography, and spacing all feel intentional — our brand team finally has a technical partner who gets nuance.”

I started BeVoxel to build products that are clear, fast, and maintainable. I work with Java and the Spring ecosystem — clean architecture, direct communication, and deliverables that hold up in production.

FAQ

Straight answers

How fast can you start?

Most engagements begin within 2–3 weeks of a signed SOW once we have repo access and a named product owner. Smaller fixed scopes can start sooner.

What stack do you standardize on?

Java 21, Spring Boot 3, Spring Security, PostgreSQL, and Maven by default. We add React or Angular when the front-end truly needs a SPA — never by default.

Who owns code and design files?

You do. Repositories and Figma libraries are transferred to your org at agreed milestones. Contracts spell out IP and handoff.

How do we communicate week to week?

Slack or email for async updates, a weekly review slot for decisions, and written summaries after each milestone so nothing lives in chat-only memory.
